My artistic practice is rooted in physical theatre and applied theatre, guided by a deep reverence for the body as a vessel of memory, emotion, and transformation. In the roles of performer, director, and playwright, I seek to craft stories that resonate -- giving voices to the unheard and exploring the subtle tensions and desires beneath the surface.

Beyond the stage, I also move through life as a yoga instructor, a model, and a Master of Ceremonies. These roles to me are all ways of being present -- with people, with space, with emotion. Whether guiding breath, embodying shape, or holding a shared moment, I'm always an active explorer of the world and my inner self.
